Founder of Rainbow School of Music Dr. Georgiades has served on the faculty of the Juilliard school's pre-college division, New York State University’s pre-college division, the United Nations International School and the School for Strings in New York City. Dr. Georgiades has studies with some of best teachers in the world and loves to share her love and knowledge of music.  She currently teaches violin, viola and piano.

Dr. Anoush Simonian Georgiades is originally from Armenia and began her musical training at a young age. At the age of 16 she gave her solo debut with the Delaware Symphony performing the Walton concerto. Since she has performed in some of the greatest halls including Carnegie Hall, Avery Fisher Hall, Alice Tully Hall in New York City and the Academy of Music in Philadelphia. She has also received prizes from the Padesta competition, the Matinee Musical Club of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Orchestra.

 Dr. Georgiades received her Bachelor and Master of Music degrees from the Juilliard School where she also served as principal of the Juilliard Symphony and the Juilliard Opera Orchestra.  At Juilliard she was awarded with Gluck and Morse Fellowship programs through which she taught music at P.S. 89 in New York City and performed in the city’s Hospitals and care centers.  Dr. Georgiades received her Doctorate degree at the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

 As an active chamber musician Dr. Georgiades is a member of the Motyl Chamber Ensemble, with which she has won Artist’s International Competition with a Carnegie Hall debut and currently performs throughout the tri state area. She has also attended the Juilliard Quartet and Mendelssohn Quartet seminars, Encore and Musicorda music Festivals. In addition, she has performed with the Lenape Chamber Ensemble in Philadelphia. Dr. Georgiades regularly performs at Carnegie Hall with AGBU scholarship members.

 Recitals are organized twice a year, in early December and June - where students perform 2 pieces each. Recitals give great focus and performance confidence for children. In addition to numerous benefits of performing children experience and understand that they can make a difference in the world by benefiting 100% of proceeds to children's world peace making organizations.
